Revanth’s multidimensional solution-providing ability originates from working on multifarious corporate transactions and litigation issues. He has played a pivotal role in structuring, drafting and negotiating a host of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, debt financing, and contracts for entities in various parts of the supply chain, and is constantly involved in providing national and cross-border legal regulatory solutions to clients. He is also actively involved in assisting the litigation and intellectual property teams in providing astute strategic solutions.
Revanth is primarily involved in the corporate commercial practice of the firm. His core practice areas include structuring and drafting a variety of domestic and transnational commercial contracts, including supply agreements, erection and installation contracts for wind turbines, license agreements, employment contracts, general purchase agreements, loan agreements, Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs).
He further works on structuring and drafting documents for restructuring, including, share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, and shareholder’s agreement. He also helps in advising and structuring corporate transactions for debt funding. In addition, he is adept at advising on foreign investment structuring and entry strategies, prevailing government policies and regulations and providing opinion on foreign exchange laws. Furthermore, he assists in conducting corporate, human resources, and approvals due diligence reviews for companies in a variety of industries, including service, energy, software, e-commerce, and logistics.
He is also involved in providing legal advice/opinions to clients pertaining to arbitration laws, licensing and service-related laws, GDPR, Securities and Exchange Board of India compliance-related issues, various employment and other commercial matters, including legal compliance, due diligence, data protection, applications and registrations for foreign direct investment, external commercial borrowing and related laws.
