She is also skilled in reviewing and drafting of commercial contracts like term sheets, lease deeds, memorandum of understanding, corporate license, assignment agreements, consultancy agreements, loans, addendum, joint venture, and allied agreements. In addition, she offers legal advice on stamp duty and registration fee-related aspect clarifications.
