Therefore, real estate plays a very significant role in the industry as in the initial stages, land suitability assessment, identification and acquisition, compliance with land laws, environmental clearances, due diligence and documentation, are key requirements for a project to take off. Another point of integration among the two sectors is the increasing renewable energy solutions utilized in the real estate sector to meet its power supply.
