Dharmesh has a proven track record of leading teams, resolving contentious issues, and delivering successful outcomes. His experience of being a General Counsel with leading Hospitality and Insurance Company has imbibed valuable insights and experience in varied branches of law and compliances. His core competencies include commercial law and arbitration, contract management, regulatory compliance and corporate governance, litigation management and real estate advisory.
Professionally, he has dual qualifications of Law and Business Management. His experience base is rich and well rounded, including domestic and international, spanning the entire range of legal services. He has been assisting renowned senior lawyers at Supreme Court and High Courts pan India. He has experience as an independent practice, as well as working with a tier one law firm in the country and large Indian companies as General Counsel.
