Jayeeta, from our Office in Kolkata, brings in over 16 years of experience handling a mixed profile comprising IPR, Human Resources and Labour laws, Real Estate and Infrastructure, Litigation, and the drafting of Commercial Contracts. Leading the Kolkata office’s IP practice, her core area includes Trademark and Designs prosecution and the drafting of various IP-related contracts.

EXPERTISE

Jayeeta provides advisory services to a diverse range of Indian (both private and public sector) and international entities spanning across industries such as real estate, infrastructure, oil and natural gas, healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, tea and beverages, engineering, advertising, and education, among others.

Her expertise extends to advising both Indian and foreign clients on a spectrum of HR and labor issues, encompassing the preparation of various employee-related agreements, employee handbooks, and related documentation. Additionally, Jayeeta adeptly navigates consumer matters and provides valuable assistance in litigation proceedings.

She has played an integral role in the initiation phases of significant real estate and infrastructure ventures undertaken by Indian and international developers. Her responsibilities include conducting meticulous title due diligence and facilitating the preparation and execution of comprehensive documentation pertinent to these projects.
