Surya is a graduate of School of Law, University of Petroleum & Energy Studies and is a part of the Litigation Team at our firm’s practice at Hyderabad. He is an avid researcher, has deep passion towards litigation and strives to stay abreast with all the latest developments in the legal space.
Surya is adept in drafting and filing pleadings, memos and reports. In his two years of practice, he has represented both individual and corporate clients on varied issues, agreements and transactions before the High Court, District Courts, Tribunals including NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal), NCLAT (National Company Law Appellate Tribunal), NCDRC (National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission), RERA (Haryana) and the Supreme Court.
In particular, he has experience in drafting and filing of SLPs, Writ Petitions, Consumer Complaints/Appeals, Civil Suits, Appeals, Revision Petitions, Applications under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, Criminal Complaints/ Revisions/Appeals/Quashings, Legal Notices etc. Prior to joining Fox Mandal & Associates at Hyderabad, Surya worked as an Associate at Wadhwa Law Chambers, Delhi.
