She has extensive exposure in structuring and drafting of real estate documents and a strong foundational knowledge of applicable laws pertaining to property acquisition. She has worked extensively in cases that demand conducting thorough title due diligence, drafting competent commercial contracts and execution of property transactions.

She specializes in drafting and negotiating various forms of real estate agreements, including commercial leases, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Operation of Common Area Maintenance Agreements, drafting of bye-laws and Master community Rules for Residents Associations. She extends advisory solutions on the aspects of stamp duty and registration of real estate documentation.

Preethi has also worked in areas of civil, criminal litigation, company matters etc., and in connection therewith she has appeared before various courts and tribunals like High Court at Hyderabad, Civil Courts, Criminal Courts, State and District Consumer Forums and National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). She also handles general corporate matters on case-to-case basis.
