Ram also offers investment advisory and handles matters pertaining to the compounding of offences under corporate laws and FEMA, secretarial audit and legal audit/legal, due diligence.

Ram is adept at drafting various investments related agreements and opinions under the companies act and FEMA, voluntary winding up and strike off of companies.
