With nearly a decade and a half of experience in the legal profession, Saurabh Bindal is a Partner at Fox Mandal & Associates LLP and leads the Alternate Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice in Delhi. He is a dispute resolution lawyer with extensive experience in domestic and international arbitration, commercial litigation, constitutional and administrative law, intellectual property, technology and privacy law, corporate and contractual disputes, insolvency and regulatory matters.

EXPERTISE

An engineer-turned-lawyer and an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, Saurabh combines technical understanding with legal and commercial acumen. His practice involves advising and representing clients in complex commercial disputes and arbitrations, including matters involving infrastructure, construction, highways, education, technology, intellectual property, consumer products, corporate and commercial contracts and regulated industries.
 
Saurabh has represented clients in institutional and ad hoc arbitrations and before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunals, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, State and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, Debt Recovery Tribunals, criminal courts and other judicial and quasi-judicial forums.
 
He regularly advises clients on dispute avoidance and resolution strategies and is experienced in drafting and finalising pleadings, conducting hearings and cross-examinations, briefing Senior Advocates and designated Senior Counsel, preparing legal opinions and developing litigation and arbitration strategy.
 
Saurabh is also a prolific author, legal researcher and public speaker. He has authored and co-authored several books and numerous papers on arbitration, intellectual property, privacy, technology, constitutional law and other contemporary legal issues. He regularly contributes articles and commentary to leading national and international legal and business publications and is invited to speak at universities, conferences and professional forums.
