With a focus on Real Estate Matters, Sudarsana manages registrations for projects developed by renowned developers in Kolkata, conducts Due Diligence on lands, and liaises with various government departments. She also handles Consumer Forum cases across West Bengal, representing clients, drafting legal documents, and conducting research.
Since 2012, Sudarsana has been an integral part of Fox Mandal, commencing as an intern and ascending to the position of Associate. Apart from managing registrations, conducting land due diligence, Sudarsana liaises with government bodies such as the Registration Department, Urban Development Department, BLLRO offices, and Mutation Departments.
Her responsibilities extend to drafting legal documents, facilitating property mutations, and offering counsel on land-related matters. She also handles Consumer Forum cases across various forums in West Bengal, representing clients before Commissions, drafting petitions and procedural documents, conducting legal research, and supporting counsel during arguments. In the initial phases of their tenure, they also contributed to secretarial and corporate tasks within the corporate teams.
She possesses strong soft skills, including adaptability, active listening, and effective communication, enabling seamless collaboration with others in diverse environments.
