He advises financial institutions, private credit platforms, asset reconstruction companies, insolvency professionals and investors on stressed and distressed situations, liability management exercises, debt acquisitions, creditor rights, enforcement strategies and insolvency proceedings under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.
