India is set to become the third largest consumer market behind only the US and China and consumer spending in India is expected to grow fourfold in the next decade, as per a report by the World Economic Forum. With the increase in market size and the players serving the market, disputes have seen an elevation too. The integration of technology with consumerism has further aggravated the challenge.
