The Department of Economic Affairs has modified the compounding rules under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.
Subrule 5(a) is added to Rule 25A of the Companies (Compromises, Arrangements, and Amalgamations) Rules, 2016 on September 9th by MCA.
